Head of Alumni Engagement & Strategic Initiatives

There are approx. 7,000 Ecole alumni in forty countries. This is the person who finally connects them.

01
The Role

Why this job exists.

Around 7,000 Ecole d'Humanité alumni live and work in forty countries. They run non-profits and farms, lead drama departments, build start-ups, teach, make music.

We have alumni groups and foundations across the United States, Canada, and Switzerland. What we've never had is one platform with one person behind it, whose entire focus is this community.

02
What You'll Do

The work, plainly.

A
Give alumni a home
There is no central alumni platform yet. You will build one. One door, always open.
B
Connect the network
Chapters, city meet-ups, and WhatsApp threads already exist. None of it is connected. You will connect it.
C
Own the voice
When you write to alumni, it has to sound like the Ecole they remember, not a newsletter nobody asked for.
D
Launch Ecole Ambassadors
Close to half our families choose the school because someone they trust told them about it. You will make that structured.
E
Bring alumni back
To campus, to reunions, to mentoring. You will make those connections happen.
F
Find out what alumni want
Most of what this role will build does not exist yet. Finding it is part of the job.
G
Grow advancement
Manage existing foundations, find new ones, and help shape named scholarships and the early stages of an endowment.
H
Raise our profile
Most of the world has never heard of us. You will help change that.
